You've all see the film, now follow the real life version. Only this one is a far bigger challenge. In the film Simon Pegg is not what i would call over-weight, maybe a hole stone over his ideal body weight, big wow!!! Well i am, wait for it..........5 stone over my ideal body weight. I am 6ft 6 inches and weigh in at a portly 21 stone. Dont be fooled into thinking its a nice toned rugby build though because you couldnt be more wrong. Ill put it like this....I have man boobs!!
